Przede wszystkim - świetna obsługa klienta. Na każde pytanie odpowiedź przychodziła natychmiast:) Mieszkanie położone w cichej, spokojnej okolicy, tuż przy pętli tramwajowej - dojazd do centrum zajmował około 20 minut. Wyznaczone miejsca parkingowe dla gości. Wejście do domu na kod. Dwa pokoje z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami, każdy z balkonem. Kuchnia i łazienka czyste i dobrze wyposażone (pralka, zmywarka, toster, ekspres do kawy). Całość ładnie i gustownie urządzona. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt:)

Appartement was heel netjes, schoon, fijne bedden. Alles is er. Leuke kleine attenties bij aankomst. Zelfs een strijkijzer en föhn aanwezig.
De sfeer en omgeving voelde onprettig aan als vrouw zijnde. Balkon kijkt uit op andere balkons, dus weinig privacy. Alles werkt met codes dus geen sleutel en overal camera's wat mij het gevoel gaf dat het nodig is om extra te beveiligen. Midden in de nacht veel gestommel en heen en weer geloop op de gang en we kregen een unheimlich gevoel van andere gast in een ander appartement. Trok zijn deur open toen we in de hal stonden toen we op het punt stonden om ons appartement te verlaten. Wij zijn hierdoor een dag eerder vertrokken door de sfeer die er hing door deze ervaringen. Ze hebben wel direct gereageerd en ze kunnen hier vanuit immostay uiteraard niet zoveel aan doen. Als je de gehele dag weg bent en niet veel in appartement bent is het een prima appartement.
