Terrible

Owner changed the payment setting to cash to hand which was not agreed witch resulted in apartment Being €200 more expensive she was rude and said she doesn’t care and she wants her money ,she said she does not want to do it thru booking as they charge her big fee.Even the fact I meant to got charged on the 5/7/26,and said no cash accepted in my booking .There was no self check in she wanted to met me ( obviously now I know for ,to tell me she wants the cash now as she doesn’t want to go thru booking ) she did not send me any check in details till I texted her when I arrived to Poland last Minute.Apartments was filthy ,child got electric shock from bathroom light switch that was hanging out of the wall ,curtain poles not secure ,chewing gum found under the table by my baby ( thank God not chocked on it ) cutlery cupboard filthy marks on everything ,broken knife’s and cupboard instead so dirty ,dirt on everything in the kitchen, bathroom definitely not cleaned after last visitors ,oven not cleaned after last visitors ,someone super loud upstairs, dog barking outside ,fridge not cooling good ,smelly towels ,dodgy street when I told her I been booking 15 years with booking .com and this never happens to me she was more ignorant ,I had to pack my bags after just unpacking it and get out of there exhausted with kids with only short time on holidays with 2 days wasted as this woman ,her house is also next door so no privacy people can litraly look in to your window from their back yard
