The place was very clean, and the bedsheets, while being coloured (more difficult to tell), also felt clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is great, with washing machine available to use. Radiator provided in case it got cold at night. Nice host and good communication
The mattress was not very comfy (I told the landlord and they said they'll upgrade it as soon as possible, which in my opinion would then make this place a 9/10). The apartment while being very nicely made, has nearly no natural light, but if it had it would likely deserve being more expensive. I was not a big fan of the area, but there's nothing specifically wrong with it, just not much around it. There was one power cut during the 4 days I spent there but it only lasted about 1h

The apartment was very clean, had a large refrigerator, clothes washer, drying rack and everything we needed. There was a small grocery store very nearby, and two larger ones within a quarter mile walk. Also nearby was a wonderful bakery where we bought fresh Georgian bread, right out of the wood fired tome. The bus stop was practically just outside the door. The apartment was very quiet. It was pouring rain one morning and we didn’t know it until we opened the door to go outside. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and welcoming.

В целом, прикольный опыт, но это гараж, отлично переоборудованный в квартиру. Отсутствие естественного освещения очень омрачало
$$$$
