Great location, peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood, close to multiple metro and train stations. Clean and well designed apartment, everything worked as expected.
Cleaning wasn’t included in the price, but there was a washing machine in the apartment. However, we were given one complimentary cleaning since the stay was 2 weeks long.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shops.
The property was not as advertised. I specifically booked accommodation with a view, but the windows only faced the neighboring building’s corridor and roof. There was no view at all. Additionally, the listing failed to mention that the building had no elevator, which is a significant inconvenience when traveling with heavy luggage.
One of the bedrooms also had no curtain at all. The corridor light in the neighboring building remained on throughout the night and shone directly into the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep in darkness.
To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi for two days. I repeatedly tried to contact customer service through phone calls, WhatsApp and iMessage, but received no response. This was particularly frustrating because I needed to work remotely during a typhoon and couldn’t leave the property.
The lack of transparency in the listing, combined with the poor customer service and failure to resolve these issues, made the experience extremely disappointing.
