Flat is big and comfortable. All facilities were clean and looked after. Good location if you want to be within walking distance (20 minutes) to the Colisseum.
We stayed there for our Rome Half Marathon and location was very convenient for the race too.
Some equipment missing in the kitchen.

Very spacious and nice apartment. The host was always prompt in answering queries, etc. Very close to restaurants and shops.
The kitchen could have been better equipped - smaller pans, cutting knife, etc - but otherwise no issues.
