Good location to visit all of Sicily
Swimming pool was well maintained
If there was a problem it was sorted straight away
No kettle, water ran cold very quickly, beds were quite hard, door lock was bit awkward also no light on entrance gate, no mugs just small cups could have been better seating in the lounge, but all these were minor issues

The view, the pool, the parking, the patio, the kitchen
Lack of direct ventilation in the bedrooms required us to put the AC very low in the upstairs to keep it comfortable. The WiFi provided was only reachable in the main floor living room and dining room and was quite slow.
