It’s brand new and in excellent condition. I really liked the modern vibe and decor. The staff was great and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was also pretty good.
The bed! It sunk down like a worn out mattress. I would expect an excellent bed since the property is brand new

Location was great
I had no idea that you had to request that they made up your bed! The maid still hadn’t done at 4.30 each day & arrived as we got back each day, which wasn’t great. Very strange array of towel sizes, no complimentary water in the room, no wardrobe.

Closeness to arena and the staff

Location, bed & bedding
Expensive parking, Bottled water that is only free for members, taking two elevators to get to the room, paper thin walls, house keeping not refilling coffee capsules, no laundry room, no bathrobe, no slippers, unfinished room
