Renting this apartment for family with kids while having people living there looks very stupid

The apartment is beautiful and clean and we enjoyed it. But as a family with 3 kids, coming on a trip with full plans the whole day, coming back late evening, we couldn’t keep quiet with no noise after 10 PM, not that we were partying, but we did laundry and we prepared food, we acted normally, the neighbors came twice to complain about noise after 10, second time was when we just arrived back from Kasprowy wierch evening around 22:00 and had to prepare for the flight same night early morning, both the neighbor husband and wife came and smashed the door and the bell knocking, I told them to leave us alone and call the police, I can’t do anything to reduce the “noice”, now we will get up early at 4:00 this morning and I need to worry for what the neighbors will hear. You can conclude whatever you want. having a family rental apartment (booking.com) in a living building with people who are very eager for quiet evenings (something that I adore) is not that successful, this was my forst time having an apartment with my family and will definitely be my last time, unless it will be a private apartment with no people around.

Taras zrobli wrażenie. Blisko do Parku Śląskiego. Mieszkanie obszerne, miejsce parkingowe i parę minut do dużych sklepów. Polecam.

Jeżeli miałbym znaleźć coś, to pewnie te luźne płytki na tarasie. Niemniej to igła w stogu siana. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

El apartamento está muy bien, la terraza amplia y con buenas vistas. La ubicación perfecta, la parada del autobús casi en la puerta de casa. Nos gustó que tuviera aparcamiento privado.

Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w apartamentach zarządzanych przez firmę Renters. To, co nas spotkało podczas weekendowego wyjazdu do Katowic, było skandaliczne i absolutnie nieakceptowalne. Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się, że nasz apartament nie został w ogóle posprzątany po poprzednich gościach. Zastaliśmy kompletny brud i chaos: niepościelone łóżka, brudne ręczniki porozrzucane po podłodze, śmieci, brzydki zapach w całym mieszkaniu, a meble były wręcz oblepione jakąś kleistą, obrzydliwą substancją. Warunki były po prostu odrażające i całkowicie niezdatne do zamieszkania. Próba skontaktowania się z firmą renters była kolejnym ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Obsługa klienta to absolutna porażka – infolinia była praktycznie niedostępna, a kiedy już udało się dodzwonić, trafialiśmy na osoby nieuprzejme, opryskliwe i całkowicie pozbawione empatii. Zero chęci pomocy, zero zrozumienia sytuacji. Zamiast szybkiego rozwiązania problemu, czekaliśmy na sprzątanie od godziny 15:00 aż do 21:30. Przez ten czas byliśmy zmuszeni wynająć na własny koszt inny apartament, również od renters – o niższym standardzie, ale byliśmy tak zmęczeni podróżą, że nie mieliśmy wyboru. Co więcej, firma zasugerowała, że możemy zrezygnować z pierwotnego apartamentu i wybrać inny, ale propozycje były zupełnie nieadekwatne do naszych oczekiwań. Finalnie wróciliśmy do pierwotnego apartamentu dopiero wieczorem, po jego uprzątnięciu. W rezultacie zapłaciłam podwójnie – za rezerwację, która nie była dostępna w umówionym czasie, oraz za tymczasowy apartament, który musiałam wynająć z własnej inicjatywy. Całe doświadczenie było stresujące, frustrujące i żenujące. Zamiast wypocząć, traciliśmy czas i nerwy na walkę o podstawowy standard czystości i jakiekolwiek wsparcie ze strony zarządcy obiektu. Nie polecam nikomu korzystania z usług firmy renters . To, co nas spotkało, nie powinno mieć miejsca w żadnej cywilizowanej usłudze hotelowej. Brak organizacji, brak szacunku dla klienta, brak profesjonalizmu.

Taras zrobli wrażenie. Blisko do Parku Śląskiego. Mieszkanie obszerne, miejsce parkingowe i parę minut do dużych sklepów. Polecam.
