A truly terrible experience!!
The navigation address that was redirected from the booking page was inaccurate, which made it impossible for us to find the exact room address at the beginning. We called the homeowner but there was no answer. We had to ask the people around for directions, and it took us nearly 40 minutes to finally find the room.
From 19:14 to 21:43, we called the homeowner dozens of times. Only at 20:01 did we get through. The person speaking replied in Korean. As soon as they heard us speaking English, they immediately hung up the phone. After that, we made numerous calls but they never answered.
After finding the reserved room, we discovered it was a three-story building with different residents on each floor. A key was needed to open the door outside, but we didn't have one. The reserved room was on the basement floor, and the second door inside required a password. We didn't have the key to the outside door or the password for the inside door. We had been waiting at the entrance for nearly 3 hours (from 19:14 to 21:43) without being able to check in.
