The staff were lovely and very willing to help. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. The included breakfast was amazing. In a good area but a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Cannot rate this hotel enough, will definitely be back!

We arrived off the train before check in and the lovely guy on reception let us check in early which was so appreciated as we were hot and tired. The location is so central to everything and the hotel is quirky and so clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfy. We had a balcony and we enjoyed watching the buzz of life from there. Would recommend highly.
Nothing. All good.

Great location, friendly staff, and a spacious room. I loved the lanterns on the balcony and being able to watch the train go by.
Breakfast wasn’t great and could definitely be improved.

The room was big and comfortable
They tried to charge me more than I booked the room for. The hotel is very close to railway and when train passes the signal to close the barriers is extremely loud, also at night.
