The location of the property was excellent. It is close to the town centre and within an easy walk to the castle. The communication with the rental company was excellent and the online guidebook and flat instructions very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities excellent. Apart from the problem mentioned below we had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to return.
We had a problem with the front door lock which could have been disastrous if my daughter hadn't have decided to stay in on the first night as the key did not work as a result she could let us in. The second day we were locked out for an hour in the middle of storm Boeley which was not ideal. Amaal responded quickly to my message for help but as maintenance was not available not sure if he could help. Luckily I managed to get the key in after an hour. We had to leave the catch down the following days. All was solved but this must be fixed! Lack of parking is also an issue if you bring a car, I had to park a mile away as the public car park was closed on the Sunday morning.

In stirling centre but very quiet at night. Close to rail and bus stations, shops of all kinds, cafes, bars. Flat very clean and well furnished.
