Brand new place. Everything working as it should. Large and free parking lot. Complimentary coffee at any time by the main entrance. Great beds and shower. Check in so fast and friendly (April, the front desk lady, was soooo helpful and nice).
Since we were in a road trip, the distance to Orlando did not really matter to us, and if you´re willing to land or take off from the international airport (MCO), the location is really close by (by car). Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again.
There is no breakfast, but it did not really matter to me, because there are walmart, dunking dunuts, panera bread, etc. right next door).
Perhaps if someone is willing to tour the city (Orlando) and are using public transportation, the place may be a little too far.

The property is new and clean
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially when it came to the service.
There were only two towels in the room for four guests. When I asked the front desk for two more, the receptionist told me that there were no more towels available and that there was nothing she could do to help. Only after I complained about the lack of service were we finally given additional towels, at around 11 p.m.
Unfortunately, there was another issue the next morning. At 6:40 a.m., an alarm went off in the room and woke everyone up. We had not set an alarm and were planning to get up at 8:00 a.m.
