Het is een rustig gelegen appartement op de 3e verdieping vlakbij Playa Linda. De Mercadona ligt wat verder weg, in Santa Pola centro. Er zijn wel kleine supermarken in de buurt. Playa Linda is een rustig gelegen strand buiten het centrum van Santa Pola. Het balkon heeft een fijne zithoek met zon en schaduw. De voorzieningen van het appartement zijn zeer compleet, inclusief een koffiemachine! Er is een mooie wandelboulevard in de buurt.
Er is geen lift in het gebouw, de trappen zijn prima te lopen. Enkele avonden waren er 's avonds luidruchtige mensen in het trappenhuis. Het trappenhuis wordt niet vaak schoongemaakt. In oktober lagen er in de hal meerdere kakkerlakken.

Bardzo ladny apartament, czysty i w pelni wyposażony. Super kontakt z wlaścicielami. Polożony blisko plaży Lisa, która jest mniej zatloczona od innych w okolicy. Dużo restauracji, gdzie mozna pysznie zjeść i spędzić czas. Super baza wypadowa na wycieczki (Torrevieja, Elx,, Alicante, Murcja, Cartagena, Walencja). Polecamy.
