Enjoy a relaxing vacation at the idyllic Neu Süllitz vacation home, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque landscape of the island of Rügen. Just a five-minute drive from the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, the vacation home offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers and beachgoers alike. In the immediate vicinity, about 1.5 km away, is the impressive Granitz Hunting Lodge, which is perfect for a hike. The hiking trail begins just about 100 meters from the house and invites you to take relaxing walks through nature.
For beach lovers, the Baltic Sea is only about 3 km away, so you can quickly enjoy the ocean and the sand. A special highlight: In just a 15-minute walk, you’ll reach the famous Rasender Roland, the nostalgic narrow-gauge railway that lets you comfortably explore the island without having to rely on a car. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Neu Süllitz and experience an unforgettable vacation in one of Germany’s most beautiful regions.
The house spans approximately 90 m² and features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a guest restroom, and a kitchenette.
The covered patio and the well-maintained garden, spanning over 400 m², offer plenty of space to relax. Sun loungers and a large grill are available for your use.
There are 2 parking spaces available right next to the property.
Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night & €35 per booking for pet cleaning), but with the following restrictions:
• Max. 1 pet per vacation rental
• House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
• Child-friendly
• Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property
• Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves on the resort’s property
• Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs immediately and on their own
If you plan to bring a pet, please always indicate this as an additional note. An additional charge may apply in such cases.

The linens package includes the following per person:
Bed linens and a towel package consisting of a shower towel, a hand towel, and a shower mat.
One dish towel is also included per apartment. The linens package is designed for a stay of up to 7 days.
Additional linens or a linen change can be booked at the reception desk of Villa Strandperle, Strandpromenade 3a, 18609 Ostseebad Binz.

The vacation home measures 90 m² and is suitable for up to 4 adults and 1 child under 3 years of age. There are 2 parking spaces available directly at the house.
This charming vacation home spans approximately 90 m² and offers the perfect setting for pure relaxation.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The well-equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare meals.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, a guest restroom, and the cozy living room—ideal for relaxing.
