In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 15. Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Room cleaning on request (extra). 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Great house, location, and views. Ideal for families and groups with all facilities - extremely friendly and helpful host.

We went to the house for one week and we were 9 adults and 2 kids. The house itself and especially the garden was nice. The pool was really big.
What we didn´t like is that it was a little bit dirty. The whole house was covered in dust. On the outside there was trash in the plants.
The gas stove went out sometimes.
The other thing that bugged us were the mosquitos. You definitely need sprays to hold them off.
The host was friendly and had a good communication.
All in all we had a good time.

Great house, the area is amazing. Close to great food and easy access to most places if you want to take a field trip. vineyards and sparkling wine (prosecco) yards in close vicinity. Very friendly "staff" helping out when needed.
