Hoome was wonderful! The staff was amazing. My room surpassed my expectations. After some initial difficulty, getting access to my room and wifi acess due to a missed email that might have been helpful, everyone and everything worked out great!

We stayed in a twin room for four days and we both totally satisfied the location and its price. That was well stay for the first time visitors in Brussels!!
The room was just right size for two of us and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well cleaned and so was the shower room. We had to go to the lounge to make coffee and tea, but all clean equipments were set always.
The staff was so nice and she did everything as we requested right away without bothering our schedule.
Their wifi was good and fast, but we wished our tv hadn’t lost its signal on the second day. We knew there weren’t a lift, but if there was, it’d be more helpful with heavy suitcases.
