Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Rom – absolute Herzensempfehlung! 🇮🇹❤️
Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Rom und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment rundum zufrieden. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt Francisca, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art den Aufenthalt wirklich verschönert hat.
🏡 Das Apartment
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, geräumig und sauber, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Auch das Badezimmer direkt nebenan war großartig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt genau das, was wir uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom gewünscht hatten.
📍 Perfekte Lage
Die Lage des Apartments war ebenfalls hervorragend. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station war ganz in der Nähe, sodass wir Rom bequem erkunden konnten. Auch ein Trinkbrunnen befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe – gerade bei den warmen Temperaturen in Rom ein echter Pluspunkt!
❤️ Eine Gastgeberin, die man sich nur wünschen kann
Francisca war einfach wunderbar! Sie war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und für uns erreichbar. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sie uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat. Einige ihrer Empfehlungen waren echte Highlights unserer Romreise, die wir ohne ihre wertvollen Tipps vielleicht gar nicht entdeckt hätten.
Als wir unseren Aufenthalt unerwartet um zwei Tage verlängern mussten, weil sich unsere Reisepläne kurzfristig geändert hatten, hat Francisca gemeinsam mit uns eine wirklich passende Lösung gefunden. Sie hat sich Zeit für uns genommen, war verständnisvoll und hat uns in dieser Situation sehr geholfen. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken!
🌟 Unser Fazit
Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Wer ein sauberes, geräumiges Apartment in guter Lage und vor allem eine unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberin sucht, ist bei Francisca genau richtig.
Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.

Soggiorno fantastico, consigliatissimo!
Struttura eccezionale in una zona molto tranquilla di Trastevere, a due passi dal centro e circondata da ottimi ristoranti. La proprietaria è una signora dolcissima e super accogliente: grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli ci ha spiegato esattamente come muoverci e girare per Roma al meglio.
La camera era eccellente, estremamente pulita e ordinata; letto e guanciale comodissimi e bagno pulito. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un tavolo pieno di cose da mangiare per la colazione, insieme a tè, acqua frizzante fresca e un caffè che abbiamo davvero tanto apprezzato. La signora è stata così gentile e disponibile sia il primo giorno facendoci fare il check in in anticipo rispetto a quello fissato, sia l'ultimo giorno, avendo il viaggio di ritorno la sera, ci ha permesso di lasciare lì i bagagli per goderci le ultime ore in città. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Sei stata favolosa! Grazie di tutto!
Essendo in alta stagione il costo della camera era alto, ma avendo prenotato in last minute non potevamo pretendere di trovarla a meno prezzo.

Franciska es una persona excepcional y una gran, pero gran anfitriona. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento, se respetó nuestra privacidad y espacios y sentíamos todo como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia casa. Todo muy limpio, organizado y con detalles pequeños que hacen que el viaje de uno deje de ser bueno y se vuelva excepcional. No podemos dejar de recomendar este alojamiento.

The apartment is located in a good area and close to bus and train connections leading to the city centre and tourist attractions. The hostess is nice and offered some nice suggestions for places to eat or buy things nearby. The place is really well kept and clean, looks very authentic, and has no cheap Ikea furniture that one otherwise has in short-term rentals.
The downside is that the website stated that there is a kitchen with appliances listed below it, but when we got there, the hostess informed us that we don't get access to the actual kitchen but instead we have a kettle in the one room with instant coffee and tea bags and a mini drinks fridge in the other. For a one or two night stay, that would have been ok; otherwise, it is inconvenient. The description on the website is a little misleading, so beware of that.
When asked about drinking water, we were told to fill up water in the bathroom. We opted to buy water from the corner shop instead. Eventually, what you get are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
For us, the place would have been ok for a one or two night stay, but not longer. We stayed the planned 4 nights because we were not able to find an alternative in such a short time, and we were leaving to another city with an already booked accommodation anyway.
