Great location, the parking was very convenient if you are traveling with a car. Check in /out instructions were provided clearly which made the process easy. The space was roomy and generally comfortable.
Towel bar was broken and there wasnt many other options to hang wet towels. Bath towels were very small and smelled a bit stale. Linens also smelled like they didnt have time to dry before they were put on the bed/pillows. Wifi was out for about a day which made it hard to do work from the apartment and we needed to go to a public space to get a connection while it was fixed. One of the nights there was a strange noise (sounded like a motor or maybe alarm?) That went on from 2am-3am, we couldnt figure out where it was coming from or what triggered it but it sounded like it was coming from something between the closet and bathroom.

The location is the best part. The loft was nice and clean and cozy.
The check in process is a little tedious but wasn’t difficult. Also can’t use the pool. Would have been nice to be able to swim.

Location and parking is great!
TV is in a weird place.

Great location. Everything is pretty new, so it’s not run down.
The key situation is very inconvenient. You have to go six blocks over and back to pick up the keys, which is annoying when you’re getting into town or trying to leave with all your luggage. It adds a whole extra taxi trip both directions or you’re just kind of wondering around Hollywood with all your bags trying to figure out what to do.
No pool or balcony access is also a pretty big bummer especially if you’re there for more than just a day or two (the balcony door is literally bolted shut) and also not being able to do laundry even though there are machines in the room makes longer stays inconvenient.
No one ever responded to me through booking dot com’s website about anything. Eventually I called the number on the listing over and over until someone answered, and it was someone’s personal cell phone. After that, all the communication was done through texting, so be prepared to give out your personal phone number to communicate.
It’s listed as a kind of luxury apartment for a steal but it’s closer to a hostel situation, so just manage your expectations I guess.
