Rita was an absolutely amazing hostess. She is personable, kind and caring. Looked after us very well. The apartment is furnished with absolutely everything you could need the kitchen incredibly well equipped.
Prefer light blocking window coverings in the bedroom. Only other issue for us, and it is minor, is the microfibre sheets. Not pur choice, but again, is a preference and a minor complaint.

Un accueil excellent, malgré l’heure tardive d’arrivée. L’appartement était parfaitement équipé et confortable

We loved our stay here, hosted by the lovely Rita. The property as a whole was exceptionally clean, including all linen and towels which were replaced as frequently as asked. The apartment is well-equipped and air conditioned. Rita even made us a tasty caramel flan as a gift!
Nothing to complain about really. It was overcast and stormy for a couple of days and hot water (solar) was a slight struggle but this is natural.

The location was excellent, as it was very close to my workplace. Additionally, the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.
We were not informed in advance that payment had to be made directly to the host rather than through Booking.com. Furthermore, we were advised to pay in cash to avoid an unannounced 3% surcharge on card payments also she doesn't give any invoice just a receipt of you payment once it is received. Out of our 17-night stay, hot water was unavailable for more than 10 days. For the final two days, the host suggested that I use a different apartment just to take a hot shower, which I had to accept. The overall cleanliness was also subpar; there were spiderwebs in every corner, and a cockroach entered the apartment. Although I killed the insect myself, the host did clean it up afterward. When we raised the issue, her reaction was simply that they are harmless; however, regardless of whether they are dangerous, their mere presence is completely unacceptable. On a positive note, the host was always responsive and replied to our messages promptly.
