Christian Mercier is a wonderful man and a superb host. His book-lined apartment offers a pleasant interlude remenisicent of an earlier time. Christian prepares a satisfying continental breakfast, with a choice of delicious bread, pain chocolat, or croissants topped off by fresh-brewed coffee and orange juice. The location in the Europe district of Paris is conveniently situated a short walk from three Metro stations. If you a looking for a true Parisian experience, this is it.

Se state cercando una vera casa parigina ricca di storia e di atmosfera, la casa di Christian è il posto che fa per voi. Lasciate stare se siete in cerca di un albergo moderno, asettico e standard. Christian è premuroso e gentilissimo nel suo inglese impeccabile. La zona è fantastica, tranquilla, senza alcun rumore anche con la finestra aperta si dorme benissimo. Il quartiere è connesso in modo perfetto con la grande Stazione di Saint Lazare a 6 minuti a piedi e il rutilante centro di Place de Clichy a pochi minuti di distanza. Lasciatevi viziare dalla colazione di Christian che ogni mattina vi farà trovare un assortimento di viennoiserie ancora calde. Nonostante la casa sia ottocentesca, nei bagni c'è molta acqua corrente molto calda, cosa non scontata per Parigi!
E' una vecchia casa d'epoca piena di libri e porte e interruttori e meraviglie d'ogni genere! Ovvio che i pavimenti di legno antico sono un po' rumorosi e la notte se avete il sonno leggero potrebbero essere un problema, così come l'odore di tabacco che fa parte dell'atmosfera un po' magica della casa e del suo ospite!

房东是五六十岁的法国男士，留有白胡子。入住前提前发送WiFi信息与联系方式，并等候办理入住。双方语言不通，依靠手机翻译App沟通。入住期间房东会主动询问是否有需要，提供免费矿泉水可自取。
早餐包含法棍、羊角包、吐司、黄油果酱，咖啡可续杯，另有应季水果（看情况），同时备有米饭。
房间床垫偏软，似双层床垫；窗帘遮光效果良好。房屋为老式木地板，行走会有响声，房间无空调。配套独立卫生间，通风良好，前一晚洗好挂起的衣物，到次日洗漱前已经干透。洗衣机使用，需要提前征得房东同意。浴室会安排清洁，房间是否打扫可自行选择。
民宿位于巴黎第八区居民区，街区安静，治安良好。步行至卢浮宫约40分钟，周边有三座地铁站。搭乘30路公交沿途可观看到凯旋门、埃菲尔铁塔，去往巴黎北站、戴高乐机场交通便利。附近有便利店与中餐馆。
