BEWARE! This property is a TRAP!
(continuation of what we didn't like, as I ran out of characters in that section). Apparently the property is not approved by the local council. In both bathrooms, the shower water pressure was abysmal. It was so weak that showering felt like someone kept water in their mouth and was spitting it on me. You also could not get the water hot enough, so without proper heating or hot water to shower in, we were freezing the whole stay. The tiny hand soap provided in the bathrooms (which was the only bathroom amenity given) was only 15mm x 20mm. The driver accommodation bathroom did not have a working light, so our driver had to use his phone flashlight to shower and use the toilet.
The only thing we liked was the kitchen and furniture. Beds were comfortable, and linens were clean. The watcher/security guard was also very helpful and kind to us.
Firstly, we couldn't even find the place because there were no signboards with the property name listed anywhere in the area. We were driving around aimlessly, asking locals for directions in the town for over 30 minutes. The property address couldn't be searched online at all, and there was no local contact number. The only contact number listed online was an American number, which was unreachable and not practical.
The bathroom had a very stinky smell, and the mouldy, wet cleaning mop was kept in the bucket next to the wash basin (refer to photo below). The geyser was leaking the whole time and the humidity + sewerage created a horrible smell that came from the wash basin that we couldn't cover up even with air freshener sprays.
They used one of our own room cupboards as their linen and toilet rolls storage for the whole property, and this was locked so we couldn't even access the cupboard at all. Every time when we asked for new bedsheets or toilet rolls, one of the workers had to come inside our room to open the cupboard with a key that only they had, so no privacy.
There was a sharp nail jutting out of the timber flooring and we almost pricked our feet walking barefoot on the floor (refer to photo below).
No heating facilities installed in the property at all, though the property is situated in a very cold area. Upon request, they provided us tiny toy hairdryer-like plug-in portable"heaters" for extra charge. These "heaters" could not warm up even a single small room, even if we left it on overnight. They charged 1000 rs per heater per day - we needed 3 so we payed 6000 rs for heating for 3 days.
The layout of the bathroom was hopeless, and the orientation of the toilet was nonsense. If you have normal human legs, you cannot sit down without knocking your knees on the shower wall (refer to photo below).
