It's a great apartment in a convenient location. We feel the price was fair for the size and location.
Because the pre-rental communication seemed to prioritise it, we arrived well after the very strict check in time. We discovered several cleaning issues that evening which I reported in specific detail. The response was an apology and a suggestion that I wait for the cleaners to come and point out the issues to them. I declined as we had plans and it was easier to just clean it up myself to move on with my holiday. We had a 5 night stay so I would have expected better. The instructions for checking out were just as passively aggressive, including penalties for not vacating by exactly 10am and requesting specific cleaning measures. There were no basic instructions for the special toilet/bidet, how to operate the Murphy bed or the dishwasher/washing machine so you are left to trial and error. It became a more stressful stay than planned.

Location was good, everything we needed was close by. Bed was comfy, bathroom was a good size.
Bed was high and TV was low, very uncomfortable to watch. Other chairs were hard to sit on. Parking was a challenge at times
