The apartment, although small, is more than adequate for 2 people. Good sized shower, very comfortable bed with a selection of pillows, sufficient wardrobe space with enough hangers, very quiet for sleeping, extremely handy for M Lifestyle Mall with it's gteat food hall which is just across the road from an excellent night food market plus the BTS system right on the doorstep makes it amazingly easy to move around Bangkok. The hosts are very responsive answering queries very quickly. In response to the review calling out the property as a scam, we had zero problems and like us, you might just find that this could be one of the best accommodations you will find at the price. The swimming pool and roof terrace were tge cherry on the cake. As a first booking on our 6 month trip I think it will be a hard one to follow. Highly recommended
The base of the bed has very sharp corners that stick out from the mattress. But this is my only criticism.

Het zit naast een BTS station en winkelcentrum en avondmarkt met heerlijk eten.
Het uitzicht is fantastisch.
Prijs.
Dat het eigenlijk niet verhuurd mag worden als een hotel. Er staan waarschuwingsborden dat je opgepakt kan worden. Eigenaar zegt dat dat niet zo is maar die heb ik nooit gezien. Via apps instructies gekregen om binnen te komen. Achter iemand aanlopen en dan kon je de sleutels uit de brievenbus pakken. Eigenaar zegt dat het niet illegaal is maar ik had er de hele week een rotgevoel over. Zou beter zijn geweest dat er iemand stond om je te verwelkomen.
Verder stonk het in de badkamer (putlucht) maar daar is denk ik weinig aan te doen.
Hard bed, tikkeltje te hard.
Twee handdoeken voor 9 dagen. Moest ik zelf maar wassen.

В квартире чисто, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания: большой холодильник, плита, тостер, микроволновка, чайник, кофейник, фен, утюг, телевизор, стиральная машина.
Вся посуда для еды и приготовления пищи.
Полотенца и постельное белье - белое и хорошего качества.
В туалетной комнате - отделено стеклом и дверью место для душа. Есть мыло и шампунь, туалетная бумага.
В стоимость входит пользование бассейном. Он чистый, приятно теплый, немноголюдный.
Лифты - 6 штук справляются со своей задачей отлично.
Рядом большой ТЦ с супермаркетом.
Два ночных рынка рядом, где можно вечером посидеть, покушать, купить еду.
В шаговой доступности красивые храмы, магазины первой необходимости (7-11 и mini Big C)
Диван в прихожей не предназначен как спальное место - абсолютно неудобно спать.

Apartment was very clean, close too, Mall and night markets. Shop on site for all the essentials, Some great street food adjacent to property. Sky train within a few minutes of apartment. Condo staff are very helpful and polite. Apartment had a good kitchen, handy for some home cooking, when I wanted a break from the night market food stalls. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend the apartment.
