Very nice hotel room which was equiped with a kitchenette as well. Everything was brand new and with an eye for detail. The bar downstairs was a nice place to relax after a full day walking in the city. The staff was so friendly. The location very close to Liverpool Station is really convenient
The beds were quite hard to our taste. It is not possible to open the window, which we do not like. Although the airco system was quite OK it still gives very dry air.

Location excellent, so near to Liverpool St station. Great atmosphere at reception. Staff so friendly especially Daanyal and Asia. Free left luggage
Only 2 set of towels for 3 people

Location was great. Quiet at night. Room was lovely.
No plug sockets or charging point on right hand side of the bed.
Even though we booked for 3 of us to stay in our room no 3rd bed was made up and no towels/coffee for 3rd person.

It was fine, as expected if a little on the small side for the cost
