Top tier communication

Very good stay, easy walk to etihad and only 8 min drive from station. Fantastic communication!

Nothing much to note - very creaky floorboard but not much can be helped there.

Great for coop live and Etihad stadium.

The area is great for attending events at the Etihad campus. Walkable to the city centre. Public transport connections are great too

Not suitable for children

Location was good, private parking alao good

Garden was like a jungle, did request for it to be cut on arrival and was assured that someone was coming that afternoon to cut it and asked for us to leave a key in the box which we did. No one came to do the garden. My son tripped and fell in the garden many times and grazed his knees on patio as you could not see the slabs due to it being full of weeds and overgrown grass, the big garden was the reason we booked this house as we have 5 children. Swinning chair in garden had a hole in it which resulted in the children falling through it and getting stuck, which is another hazard. Tv areal cable straddled across the floor in the lounge and also cables across floor in main bedroom to the TV which had no remote and was unusable which was also a safety hazard for the children. Pictures must have been taken a few years ago as property was not as photos and was in a state of neededing alot if repair and maintanance work. Rug was also curled up on corners which was also a big trip hazard to the kids with the glass coffee table also close by. If we knew that the garden was not going to be cut as promised we would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere.

They can do better

The location is good, and the environment is clean the living room is spacious enough to accommodate a family of five.

We were supposed to check in by 3pm, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived after 9 pm. When we entered the property, the washing machine and dryer were running, which made the entire room humid and smell like laundry detergent. The air in the room was very poor, so I had to call the contact number on our booking to ask if we were in the right room; they confirmed we were and explained that they use the equipment for their laundry. We had to turn off the equipment and open all of the windows to get fresh air into the building. The sofa in the living room is poor quality; you can feel the wood through it. The pots in the kitchen are not for cooking for your family; they look like something you can pick up from the roadside. They are flimsy, burnt, and some of the handles are already falling apart. We couldn't prepare any meals in the building, so we had to rely on Uber Eats. On the day we are supposed to check out. At about 10:10 am, we heard a heavy knock at the door, as if it was the police or someone trying to break in. My children immediately ran upstairs, and I looked through the window and saw a lady standing by the door. I went to open the door to ask what she wanted. Immediately i opened the door she yelled at me by saying YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK OUT BY 10 am. I thold her that i thought it 12 noon. she said no it is 10 am. Then I said to her, " It's just 10:10 a.m., so how much is it going to cost us to check out at 11 am? This is to allow me to get the children ready. She did not respond; she walked away. I tried to let her know we were grabbing our things and that she should give us 10 more minutes, but she ignored me and walked away as if I wasn't talking to her. Their customer service is zero.
