Good value for money.

Very comply bed, good facilities, washing machines, TV (could log in to Netflix) WiFi excellent. Best steak in restaurant around the corner. Lidl x Aldi 50 metres away.

Shower was small but plenty of hot water. Very hilly.

Ser capaz de decidir perder 3 días de los 5 que habia pagado e irme a otro sitio para disfrutar de verdad mi estancia en Tenerife

No me gustó que directamente al reservar ya no era posible cancelar sin perder el 100% del dinero. Vi la puntuación pésimo y me di cuenta que me había equivocado en la elección pero me resigné y me hice a la idea de intentar disfrutar al máximo la estancia alli. La ubicación en si no es mala y casi diría que es lo mejor que tiene siendo que no es nada destacable. El edificio es horrible, genera sensación de poca intimidad y el vecindario es ruidoso a más no poder. La ouerta de acceso no tiene mucho mas seguridad que una puerta de habitación ya que solo se cierra por el resbalón así que en un vecindario conflictivo aumenta mas la sensacion de inseguridad con una cerradura tan débil. Una vez dentro la higiene deja mucho que desear, polvo acumulado en mesas, un sofa que manifiesta haber vivido tiempos mejores, y pelos tanto en la cama como en el congelador, si, el congelador, con bastante hielo, restos de comida y algun pelo. La cama a parte de tener serias dudas de si estaba con ropa limpia lo que no cabia duda era la calidad de las sábanas, no he visto algo igual en los ultimos 30 años, durmiendo en albergues, hoteles. Sábanas de mala calidad, con carreras que recuerdan más a un secuestro que a unas vacaciones. Tal fue el mal rollo que decidí dormir las 2 noches en el sofá aun siendo otro sitio que no me daba confianza. A 2 metros de la cama una puerta que no se abre pero se escucha todo y me imagino que si hubiera dormido en la cama habria estado bastante molesto por aun mas ruido al lado de la cama. Los acabados de las paredes y techo bastante mal y las cortinas llenas de mierda. El baño está aceptable. Si te parece exagerado es porque no has estado, es mejor que te quedes con la duda a ir a este sitio en el que por cierto no me atendieron al telefono en los ultimos 3 días que ya había dejado la casa.

En la descripción no menciona que, tanto el salón como el dormitorio, cuentan con huecos en el techo que permiten la entrada de corriente, humedad, lluvia y en resumen frío. También tiene una puerta en el dormitorio que deriva al pasillo y a través de la que pasa el frío ya que hay demasiada corriente. Las mantas no sirvieron de nada para calentarnos. Además de esto, los vecinos se pegaron hasta las 4 de la mañana haciendo ruido. Se oye todo y es imposible el descanso. No recomendable si quieres descansar tranquilamente, nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio una noche porque era imposible entre el frío que entra del hueco o grieta en el techo y los insoportables vecinos que no respetan el descanso. Consideramos que calidad/ precio no están acordes. Si tienes una grieta en el techo lo ideal sería arreglarla previamente para los inquilinos, no cumple con las características básicas de un alojamiento. No se puede vender una casa con huecos en el techo. Vinimos a descansar y es lo último que hicimos. Una noche sin descansar y otra en otro alojamiento, el dinero no nos lo han querido reembolsar. Perdidos 75,90€ y una noche de descanso. Además te cobran 30€/ día por limpieza, no limpian cada día para pagar eso y no había apenas gel. Tiramos la basura de un día, fregamos, etc. No recomendamos este alojamiento y exigimos nuestro reembolso lícito con pruebas de una noche, de la cual Booking sólo nos devuelve 10€ (internamente por clienta fiel y no quejarme nunca) ya que el alojamiento no quiere devolvernos una noche habiendo enviado pruebas (fotos). No recomendable.

Que solo nos quedamos una noche

-las habitación daba a otra puerta que estaba cerrada y contactaba con otro paso exterior con gente. Mucho ruido por la noche. -tienen puesto unas cortinas blancas que como la habitación no tiene puerta, te despierta la claridad -las paredes dan pena, parece que se van a caer en poco tiempo -El sitio se nota que tiene 0 mantenimiento, cuando fui a abrir el grifo de la cocina se salía el agua por los lados del mismo grifo, tuve que apretarlo yo -Yo soy de Gran canaria y no es que conozca mucho Tenerife pero es una zona que NO es segura según mucha gente de la misma isla -el anfitrión nos resolvió solo la duda de las llaves. No volvió a contactar con nosotros -Fuimos únicamente una noche por un concierto pero todo estuvo horrible. La vajilla estaba sucia, es decir que cuando vienen a limpiar la vajilla ni la revisan -el mismo día se fundió la luz de la habitación. Contactamos al anfitrión y ni caso -NO se fíen de las fotos que tienen puestas, eso será de cuando lo inauguraron REPITO: fue una urgencia y solo quedaba esta estancia. Si piensas quedarte aquí para más días ni lo pienses es un sitio ASQUEROSO

Espacioso. La entrada con código muy fácil y sencilla. Cogimos el alojamiento a las 22:30 de la noche porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y sin problema.

Excesivo ruido en el resto del edificio, dificulta dormir.
