Everything was great. I needed a coffee table and chair in my room, they immediately provided it. It was clean. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and contained lots of different things. The pool was amazing and clean. The staff were helpful and lovely.

Clean, central location, comfort.
2nd floor room had window that is so high which makes room a bit shadow, basement like feeling that i got.

Clean, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. Good central location, great value for money.
Room is a bit small and had small windows that made it feel a little cramped. But for a basic room it is to be expected.

The hotel is clean and rooms are big
I didn't want to write this publicly but I wrote an email and didn't get a reply. I have stayed at your hotel a number of times and always come back and stay here on holiday as I loved it here.
However, this time I am unhappy with my stay. I stayed in room 1104 and this morning at 0815hrs the cleaners were in the room next to me screaming laughing to each other and making noise as they sounded the loud hoover. I went out and looked at them and they did not get any quieter. Your hotel is not full, why put everyone that is staying in the same area if there is going to be noise from cleaning that early in the morning. I then got a phone call from reception saying the battery was gone on my door and they wanted to send an electrician. This is 0830am!
I had breakfast on the first morning I stayed and there was a cat roaming the place where we ate. I understand that cats are everywhere in Cyprus but surely for health and safety they should not be allowed around where you are serving food. The person serving the food got it out once but the cat came back in. The second morning i hadn't planned on returning for breakfast but had to stay there while I had a coffee waiting on my door to be fixed and the same cat was there and your female waitress was feeding him meat from the breakfast buffet!
Even though a minor complaint but again one of the reasons I came to your hotel was that I can watch Netflix. The Netflix is out of date and can't be viewed.
Maybe if I hadn't stayed here a number of times before I wouldn't be writing this but I feel your hotel has gone downhill and I will struggle to stay here again especially because of the noise this morning from the cleaners. I have never experienced anything like the noise from them before in a hotel.
