About this house rental
A two-story house in the heart of the old town center, surrounded by historic stone buildings, with the castle just a stone’s throw away. Close to shops and kid-friendly beaches, which are only two minutes away. A 20-kilometer-long beach promenade stretches between Split and Trogir, featuring restaurants, cafés, and more. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor, there’s an open-concept kitchen and living room, a bathroom, and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Upstairs, there’s one room with a double bed and another with a bunk bed (pull-out). There is a third floor, but it is used primarily as storage and is therefore not included in the rental. A wonderful place for relaxation and close to everything, if you ask me—and also according to several others who have rented the house this summer, as well as family and friends who have been allowed to use it for many years.
During the summer months, there are festivals, live music, and local food prepared at various nearby squares. If you want to visit Split and Trogir, it’s easy to get there by local bus. The house is well-equipped throughout, including air conditioning on every floor, beach umbrellas to take to the beach, air mattresses, beach toys… It has everything a traveler could need.
