We always have a great time.

The house is beautiful. We had a few issues in the beginning. The host alerted me a day or two before our arrival date, that the refrigerator and ice maker were not working and a repair was scheduled for the second day of our stay. In the meantime, he allowed access to the garage where he had another small refrigerator. Upon arrival we found one air conditioner not operable. Once notified, the host arranged that repair for the following day. While the repairmen were there, we found none of the electrical outlets in any of the bathrooms worked. The repairman was able to get electricians to come and take care of that as well. We also found a wet load of sheets and towels had been left in the washer. Overall, the property is beautiful, and the host is very accommodating. I do think that the cleaning service needs to be more thorough when preparing the house for the next guests, or someone might need to check up behind them.

Came down for a golf trip with 8 guys. Great accommodations and just as advertised. Had a couple minor issues and they were addressed the same day.
