About this house rental
Your Indianapolis adventure begins staying in a renovated and remodeled space inside the Historic Merz building constructed in 1900. As one of the Kessler managed properties expect all you get with a five star hotel in a VRBO experience. For starters there is free onsite parking. Park your car and forget it. The location is a walk away from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium Eli Lilly, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many of downtown Indianapolis’s many fine restaurants and art establishments to include the world famous Gallery Forty-Two. This place was great! It was perfect for a stay walking distance from the convention center. It had everything we needed and looked great and clean. We would stay here again! We enjoyed the free parking as well.

My daughter and I took a trip to Indy to see the Indiana Fever play. We had such a nice stay at this property. It’s very obvious that the owners care very much about their space. Everything was very clean, updated, tastefully decorated and painted. The beds were very comfy, the shower was so nice. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location felt very safe which was important to us. If you’re catching a Colts game, it’s right across the way from Lucas Oil. Gainbridge fieldhouse where the Fever play was a safe 10-15 min walk. Parking is plentiful and easy, right outside the building. We will certainly be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

We were absolutely impressed with this place. It is beautiful. It was super convenient walking to the Convention Center.
