About this house rental
The incredibly cozy Kosbacher Hütte (detached vacation home) is also used as a private residence and has therefore been furnished with great care to be rustic, comfortable, and fully equipped. From the large living room window, you have a magnificent view of the 3,000-meter peaks of the Zillertal Alps.
The valley station of the Dorfbahn is about 300 m away. When snow conditions are good, you can ski right down to the house.
1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet;
1 guest restroom with sink, 1 sauna with its own shower in the basement. Hot-water central heating and a gas-fired tiled stove in the living room; kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven/microwave combo, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker;
the living room features a CD player with a CD collection, TV, radio, and bookshelf for entertainment; various games. The patio, with a table and benches for 6 people, is located in front of the entrance on the south side.
In the summer, barbecuing is permitted. (The owner’s grill is located in front of the cabin and may be used.)
Included in the total price are:
-Booking fee: €45.00 (once per unit) | starting in winter 26/27: €50.00
- Final cleaning
- Local tax per day: €3.00 per adult and €1.00 per child (up to age 15)
- Mobility tax per adult: €0.50 per day
- Bed linens: €17.00 per person—this is provided based on the number of people booked.
(1 roll of toilet paper and a bath mat are included as extras in the bed linens set. >> You can rent bath and hand towels separately upon request.)
