Horrible

Absolutely nothing was good. have been traveling over 14 years and have stayed at endless hotels and Airbnbs this host was unresponsive and myself and family were stranded trying to find out the address and check in instructions. My husband and I called over 10x, booking tried contacting them with no response even our taxi tried. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered during my travel. After hours of no response I was forced to book alternate accommodations which was costly and inconvenient. Please don't waste your time or money. Also, they required pre payment so that was money I lost.

Not happy at all! Only price was attractive! The

Location ! Hard to find the place ! Sheets for sleeping sofa, was so so wrinkled, threw in the bottom of the closed ! No kitchen rack or anything to wash dishes!!! No hair dryer!

It was lovey for my first time in Puerto Rico!!!

I loved the apartment where we stayed. It was clean, organized and had kittens with their mom wandering the location so that was a plus, I love cats! We did have a slight mosquito problem, but that’s anywhere tropical. We did have a hard time finding the place at first, but the staff were an amazing help! I’d definitely come back to stay~

The property was hard to find at first but we were able to find it. The parking through the hospital was quite expensive per day so I’d suggest parking on the street to save money.
