Comfortable, convenient location

A couple tram stops from the main rail station and on the edge of town near shopping. Nice modern conveniences, washer, kitchen. Secured building but gaining access was made super easy with Nicole’s great directions. Liked finding a city map in the apartment, including bike routes.

A great mountain escape

The property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the sauna and it had parking included. Our host was very helpful and even has a website for suggestions in the area. It’s also a short walk to shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful area to do hikes in the warmer months.

Not worth the money

This wasn’t my first time in Olomouc; I’ve stayed here before, including at one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever experienced (look around Dolní náměstí if you get the chance). Unfortunately, that place wasn’t available this time, so I booked this apartment instead. It definitely has potential: the bathroom is great, everything is reasonably clean, and the building itself is fine. But there are so many small details that add up, making the whole experience feel confusing, underwhelming, and ultimately not worth the price.

The apartment is full of little notes reminding you to do the dishes, keep the place clean, and stay quiet at night. That’s fine, but it gives the impression that the host has had bad experiences with guests and now expects the worst. At the same time, she overlooks her own small mistakes that, if corrected, could really increase the property’s value. 1) Complicated key collection. You need two different codes for two different boxes, and the instructions are confusing. I eventually had to call the host to be guided through the process. 2) The bed. It’s actually a collapsible IKEA couch, but you can’t collapse it to use as a sofa during the day. What's more, it has no cover, and the sheets were so overwashed they felt unpleasant. I ended up buying my own cover and fresh sheets (and left the cover for future guests). 3) Kitchenware. The room has a massive wardrobe, full kitchen cabinets, plus nine more wall cabinets no guest will ever use. Yet you only get two forks. The same goes for other silverware, plates, and cups. I assume the idea is to force guests to wash up constantly, but it feels unnecessarily stingy, almost like being in a canteen with rations. 4) Cleaning supplies. If you want guests to keep things spotless, please provide the right tools. There was no dish-drying rack; I had to my own detergent, paper towels and wipes (and left extra for the next guests). 5) Basic amenities. Selling just one of those many cabinets could fund simple upgrades: a toaster, a pan cover, a better curtain that doesn’t sound like crinkly plastic at night, or even a small fan. Overall, this place could be so much more appealing with just a few inexpensive improvements. Right now, it feels like wasted potential; it’s a pity, because with some attention it could justify a higher price and leave guests with a much better impression.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścielką i , świetna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, do dyspozycji podziemny garaż za rozsądną cenę. Do centrum 10-15 minut spcerem. w pobliżu duża galeria handlowa. Dziękujemy i do zobaczenia ponownie.

Apartmán byl čistý, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený. Oceňuji skvělou polohu blízko centra a památek. Komunikace s hostitelem byla příjemná a předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů.

Nemám žádné výhrady, všechno bylo v pořádku.

Lokalita ubytování je super.

Pronajímatel by měl zapracovat na úklidu. V koupelně na toaletě prach a vlasy, kohoutky všude umaštěné, zrcadlo nevyleštěné, dřez by taky zasloužil víc péče, na stole kapky od vína 🤔?. Zdi obouchane 🤔. Odpad ve sprše nejspíš ucpaný. Málem sprchový kout přetekl… V apartmánu bylo chladno.
