Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel est vraiment au top : gentil, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Le chef est exceptionnel — tout est très bien organisé et on sent qu’ils font tout pour que l’on passe un super moment.

Burú Nature Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed — warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The ecohabs are breathtaking: spacious, beautifully crafted, and surrounded by pure Amazonian nature.
The food alone is worth the trip. Every meal felt like a fine-dining experience, with flavors and presentation I’ve never seen before in the Amazon — absolutely extraordinary.
What impressed me most was how effortlessly the hotel arranged everything: activities, private guides, transfers — all handled smoothly, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy the experience.
If you’re visiting Leticia or the Amazon, Burú is without a doubt the place to stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer but I will most definitely be coming Back!

Es war eine außergewöhnliche und zutiefst berührende Erfahrung, das Bureau Hotel und die wunderbaren Menschen dort kennenzulernen. Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Ein ganz besonderer, herzlicher Dank gilt Manuela, die mit ihrer warmen Art, ihrer Fürsorge und ihrer Leidenschaft unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Der liebevolle Einstieg in den Amazonas, die großartige Begleitung, die hervorragende Vorbereitung und das außergewöhnlich gute Essen – auf dem Niveau einer internationalen Spitzenküche – haben uns tief beeindruckt. Die Herzlichkeit der Menschen und die magische Atmosphäre haben unser Herz berührt. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort, besonders für alle, die zum ersten Mal den Amazonas entdecken möchten.
