Location. Location was an absolute blast. Just a few minutes away from the centre was an amazing convenience for us as pedestrians.
Owner was also extremely polite and available for any questions we had.

Airy, bright, clean, modern
Deciding between 3 properties, thought that converted loft would be an exciting idea. First shock after booking - extra 30 euros for cleaning added. This was not mentioned anywhere, I checked it many times. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor, there are 6 floors. It is in a huge complex of massive buildings; someone is living next-door and above. It is a box with kitchen/sitting area and beds above them. On arrival notified that there were problems with WC and this would be sorted next day. An awful smell of nicotine in the bathroom for the first 2 days, old towels that you could see through, blocked shower tray and sink. Despite raising the concern, apparently all was fine. The host was in contact apologising but nothing else happened. I asked to speak to the Management but this was ignored.

Location was excellent! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre.
The building it was in was quite old, therefore no elevator. The bathroom smelled like male latrines for the whole 5 days we were there regardless of how much we tried to clean it. Floors were very dusty, cups were not washed properly. Very noisy whenever we tried to sleep at night. Air conditioning did not work and the vents were dirty and full of dust we had to clean them ourselves.
