Die Lage war für uns perfekt, im Wald aber Supermarkt und Stadt einen Katzensprung mit dem Auto. Das Haus war für uns perfekt, liebevoll eingerichtet und ließ nichts vermissen. Moderne Klimaanlage, kompl. ausgestattete Küche, Hot Tub, Gasgrill, Feuerstelle. Sehr gefallen hat uns der elektrische Kamin. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend.

Great location to Pigeon Forge with also feeling “away” from the busyness of it. Appreciated the good communication with the host throughout our stay.
Uncleanliness of the interior. Windows inside & out were filthy. Making the views unpleasant. Lots of dust on vents, ledges, doors, light fixtures, etc. Downstairs bathroom had no trashcan & a noisy fan. For an 8 day stay with multiple guests the trash capacity outside was less than desirable, with no option but to pile days worth inside where family also needed to sleep & stay. Dishwasher had a foul smell, which yielded dishes needing to be run through on multiple cycles. Washing machine was unclean internally, making it undesirable to wash clothes. Upstairs AC left one bedroom & guests feeling incredibly cold & the other bedroom guests sweating from the lack of relief from a well functioning AC. The kitchen ceiling shows water damage from an above bathroom. The hot tub outside was lukewarm & guests were unable to adjust the temperature properly. Walking up the (deck) stairs to the entry door, random items, trash are visible under the porch which gives off an unkept vibe immediately. The driveway entry to the cabin had enough elevation that with midsize cars & a mini van each attempt was meet with the slow grinding along the belly of each vehicle. Would not recommend for a stay until issues are addressed. Property has a lot of potential with what came across as poor execution & lack of attention to detail of the home.
