DO NOT BOOK!

Nothing

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory experience. The service we received was entirely unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. Despite booking several days in advance, we received vague, automated, and unhelpful replies from the company’s staff — almost robotic in nature. On the day of check-in, just one hour before our scheduled arrival, we contacted them due to the lack of clear check-in instructions. They repeatedly sent a payment link that Booking.com’s system did not accept, and only after my insistence did they realise this issue. Even after completing payment, they requested the same details already provided through Booking.com. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no information about the property’s location or check-in procedure. Upon arrival at the address listed on Booking.com, we discovered it was incorrect. We spent over 100 SAR on transportation from the train station, only to learn the unit we had booked — and paid for an hour earlier — was “under maintenance.” The staff admitted this was their fault but failed to take responsibility in any meaningful way. We were offered alternative accommodation over an hour away, which was presented as an “upgrade.” This was wholly inappropriate given our exhaustion and the circumstances. The staff also refused to arrange transport or offer compensation. When I requested to escalate the issue or speak with a supervisor, I was met with rudeness and dismissive comments, including, “everyone knows our manager’s name in the government.” This behaviour is unacceptable.
