Terribly uncoordinated management, ruined stay !!

Only worth for the location.

The host did not take initiative to contact us for check-in process until I contact them. Then they forced an external £150 deposit charge for only 2-night stay. While they claim the hold is "released 48 hours after check-out," their fine print buries that it can take up to 14 working days depending on the bank—a ridiculous delay for guests expecting their funds back promptly. We found a bug in the room, after reporting that a live bug was found and my sister was bitten, the property requested to send staff to inspect the flat. We spent a significant amount of time dealing with communicating with them and their investigation, which completely ruined my sister’s short holiday and wasted her precious time. Their response was offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM—despite us explicitly telling their staff during the inspection that my sister had an early flight on 30 Sept. To make matters worse, another staff member sent automated messages instructing the guests to check out by 11:00 AM, showing their team has zero internal communication. They ignored all further messages afterward. ** Not recommended, especially for short stay.
