STAY AWAY, DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY THERE!!!!!!!

Air conditioning was not working properly for the space on an extremely hot summer day, the apartment was fitly, full of hair and mold (pictures bellow) the sofa bed was dirty and unusable due to the lack of space, the advertised roof deck floor was full of pigeon excrement, the location is horrible on a bad area of the city, that's why they directly recommend not to leave your vehicle parked on the street. When we contacted the management via what's app to tell them about all of the unacceptable conditions (all of this supported with pictures) all they did was send a laughing emoji, the don't care at all about their customers. I had to scramble to find a hotel on a busy Madrid weekend because I was not going to let my family sleep on this fitly place without proper air conditioning on an extremely 97 degrees hot summer day. Do your family a favor and keep them away from this place!!!

8 / 10

Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and everything needed to cook. Furniture looked new. Staff were great and helpful. Good bathroom. Having a washing machine and a place to hang clothes in the small balcony next to the bathroom was a plus! The air conditioning worked great. There is a chair lift for a short flight of stairs to reach the elevator for people with limited mobility.

Little space to store clothes. No hangers. The bed is too small for two adults. The toilet flusher was flimsy; when I took the first shower, water flooded to the bathroom floor. A staff member came to fix it. However, water doesn’t drain smoothly. The few steps to get to the elevator make it difficult to carry luggage.
