Fancy, modern and clean apartment in walking distance to Ikejiri-ōhashi station and Sangenjaya (nice cafes & bakeries there). Several convenience stores in the area. There is also Higashiyama Machikado Park to walk a dog or go for a run. All the essential amenities were there, too (ironing board, kitchen utensils). We particularly enjoyed the second bedroom.
A few more towels and a place to hang them would have been nice.

Cleanliness, quietness, spaciousness, comfort, inside and outside facilities, accessibility from bus and subway station, renovated apartment
No curtains lack of total darkness during nights ; lack of space in the stairs - not easy to use with a luggage ;The configuration of the apartment could be made as a “normal house” : Beds/Futon in the separate room and an actual living room ; washer not easy to use (only Japanese) ; the led lighting in living room stays a little bit ON even with switch OFF
