- Close to Nice Ville train station and to one of the main streets in Nice
- A well stuffed Carrefour shop (operating 8-22) was just around the corner
- There were all kinds of conveniences in the flat (a washing mashine, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, etc)
- It was spacious - 3 separate bedrooms, bathroom + WC, kitchen and BIG living room
- Pillows on beds were hard as rock
- The owner/manager spoke only French (not a real deal, I used translator ofc)
- No balcony

Excellent location 600 mts from Nice Ville central station. Large apartment on first floor with comfortable bed. Hosts are pretty responsive
Dishwasher not present.

spacious apartment in a good location
Unfortunately we found it very uncomfortable, in terms of solid pillows & uncomfortable seating area in the lounge. Lacked character as the bedrooms felt very clinical.
