An amazing place in the middle of a citrus grove, quiet and conveniently located just 10 minutes from Nafplio. The villa itself is large and fully equipped with everything imaginable. Starting with a kitchen featuring a huge fridge and freezer, an espresso coffee machine and other coffee-making appliances, toasters, kitchenware, pots, pans—in short, a perfect kitchen. In the living room, there is a huge TV with all the apps (Netflix, Disney, YouTube), and in the basement level, a movie theater room with a sound system and sofas. The outdoors is wonderful, with many shaded seating areas, a barbecue area, and a pizza oven with a large dining table for a group, complete with a fridge, pans, tableware, and grilling utensils. There is a double pool setup: a large, gently sloped swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, with a diving board that the children (and not only them!) absolutely loved. The swimming pool is safely surrounded by a larger reservoir pool used for irrigating the 35,000 citrus trees, which features paddle boats. There is also a professional tennis court, a mini-football field, and a volleyball court, as well as a ping pong table, all equipped with rackets and balls. An electric golf cart was also at our disposal. Additionally, the property is maintained by Slavik—an exceptionally nice man who took care of all our needs. The kids really enjoyed playing with the three small dogs, the chickens, the geese, and the turkeys. In short—paradise.

Amazing property, amazing hospitality. The villa is fully equipped with everything you can think of. From pool inflatables, to the BBQ area, to the villa itself. Everything was excellent. Very recommended.

O vila foarte mare ,terasa cu mobilier de exterior , bucatarie extrautilata , loc de gratar cu masa mare , pisnina incalzita. foarte multe facilitati , teren de tenis ,golfcart , mandarine proaspete chiar si in extrasezon ! Subsol dotat cu masa de tenis , televizoare ,canapele , homecinema .

Una din camere are pat mic de 140 cm . Va trebuie masina pentru deplasari , dar linistea si facilitatile depasesc cu mult aceasta problema .

The property far exceeded our expectations in every respect. Communication with John from the moment we booked to our arrival was excellent. He generously accommodated all requests and gave us plenty of great information about the area. On arrival we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Slavic, who takes care of the farm and property. He could not have been more kind and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with fresh eggs and freshly picked fruit from the farm. The property itself is very spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating 9 adults. It is a welcoming house that retains the feeling of having been a much loved family home. There are many areas to sit and take in the natural surroundings and wonderful views both in and around the house and in the extensive grounds. Sunrise was amazing and filled with birdsong. We made full use of the tennis court, playing every day at every opportunity when we weren’t out and about. Had we been there in the hotter months then the huge circular pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen would have been a draw. It is in a superb location with historical, beautiful Nafplio on the doorstep, and Mycenae, Epidavros, and some gorgeous beaches ( we loved Tolo) all within easy reach, not to mention some great places to eat. There is so much more to explore. We’ll have to come back!

Nothing, except the flies maybe but there were screens on the windows so next time we’ll keep the doors closed!
