Apartment with no reception / totally selfservice including cleaning. Communication via Messages were handled within short time.
Lots of Information on how to handle everything before the arrival.
Very calm area with no loud traffic, no loud music or bars, although 2-3min walk and you will find plenty of food options. 3 konbinis within 1 min. Next Train Station is 8min Walk and from this Station you can easily go to Nara, Osaka, Universal Studios, Uji.
Major Shrines are within walking distance.
Washing machine and drying works really good and washing powder is provided.
Very Limited cooking supplies - make sure you have everything you need in the kitchen before grocery Shopping or preparing Dinner.
You can easily place 2 big and 1 small luggagge and still have Space to move around - very spacious Apartment!
If you want to change towels you need to take them out of a cupboard on First floor. And sometimes there were no towels :-(
Stains on the Couch in the living room - a not very clean First Impression, although the room was very clean.
It would be nice to provide cleaning supplies in every Appartement e.g. at least a broom.
