Y'all this place is in the best location with the best host! Short walk to the beach, pool, laundry facilities AND the on property restaurant! Josh has the guest in mind with all the details of a comfy stay, from beach towels to a binder with suggestions of things to do. He put alot of thought into taking care of his guest! We will be staying again!

The development is great with a beautiful private beach in walking distance. Just can’t beat the location! Another great part about this location is the safety factor. I traveled solo and I was comforted by the other reviews that mentioned the 24 hour security. The personnel at the guard gate were also very kind. The place is perfect for one or more people. It was very clean, centrally located and the host communication was excellent. I also appreciated having supplies available to use, such as beach towel, cooler, etc. this is something I would not have had at a hotel. Overall it’s a great stay.

Overall, this condo delivered everything we wanted for a peaceful beach vacation: comfort, convenience, and proximity to that gorgeous Destin shoreline. The beach setup was incredibly convenient too. Chairs and umbrellas were already set up for us each morning, so we could just grab our towels and head straight down without any hassle. It made the whole experience so relaxing and stress-free. We’d definitely book again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had the best stay at Sandpiper Cove! The location couldn’t be beat and we appreciated all of the little extras that were provided for guests. The beach access was amazing and we loved the beach accessories (and wagon) that were provided. We will absolutely be back!!!! Josh was an amazing host!
