About this house rental
ESCAPE TO LE GUILVINEC.
This 2-star house for 4 people of 60 m2 in Le Guilvinec offers you an ideal location, located in the Men Meur district.
Due to its location on the point, access to the sea from the house could not be easier: at the end of the pedestrian path that overlooks the GR34, enjoy the view of the rocks, the castle of Men Meur and in the background the lighthouse of Eckmühl in Penmarch, behind which the sun sets in summer.
On either side of the path, 100m away, you can choose between the beach of the yellow beach, more intimate and sheltered, or the beach of the white beach, which then extends over kilometers of fine sand with the beach of Steir. In short, three beaches available, on foot.
THE HOUSE

Downstairs, on 40m2, a living room opening onto the garden with American kitchen, living room (1 table + 6 chairs) and lounge, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Equipment: combined microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, French press, electric steamer, toaster, fridge, washing machine
Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with sea view, with a double bed (140*200) in one, 2 single beds in the other (90*190). Storage space in the 2 bedrooms.
Attention for people with reduced mobility, the access staircase to the first floor is a bit steep.
Children's books and board games.

Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture (1 table + 4 chairs), 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol
Weber barbecue.

Parking is not possible in front of the house, but the adjacent street.
