Studio Zentral gets its name from its excellent central location. It is located on the first floor of the Zalim apartment building at Mühledörfle 121 in 6708 Brand. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Brandner Bäckermeister bakery and the only grocery store in Brand—a small Spar. Numerous restaurants, such as the Dorfschenke, the Mühlebach, or the steakhouse—which has been awarded a Falstaff fork—are practically right around the corner. You can also reach the most important infrastructure facilities quickly and conveniently. In any case, you can leave your car right outside the front door:
In the summer, the swimming lake is about 300 meters away, the indoor riding arena is 200 meters away, and the archery course—as well as the Dorfbahn—the starting point for numerous hikes and activities—is 500 meters away. The tennis courts at Älmele (free to use) and the climbing park are 700 meters away. The indoor tennis courts are 500 meters away, and the riding arena is just 150 meters away.
