The second thermostat is located in the living room.
โค The Game Barn is equipped with heating only, along with large ceiling fans and exhaust fans for airflow and ventilation.

โค Driveway and Privacy: The Brick House shares a driveway with Rustic Cabin, positioned for maximum privacy. The Brick House has a concrete-paved uphill driveway, manageable in normal weather. Snow removal is provided when there's more than 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
โค Cabin Charms: Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable WiFi).
โค Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.

We enjoyed our family time together. Spacious house with an enjoyable game room environment. Big table was ideal for the board games we bought. Close proximity to Hocking hiking trails followed up by hot tubbing at the house! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay it was great! The game room was awesome and so was the hot tub! It was great for our family getaway! The Host were great and were very easy to contact.

We really enjoyed all the spaces in the home. The game room was epic!!!!The hosts were very attentive and quick responding with any questions we had before, during and after our stay.
