Very complete comfortable room with its utensils for cooking and eating, excellent fridge, kitchen and air fryer, clean bathrooms, secure parking

Overall, I the place needs improvement. The good: The room was fantastic. Spacious, even for a studio suite, I felt like I had plenty of space and didn’t feel crammed. The amenities were really nice - solid gym and LARGE pool. Location was really nice as well. The bad: The parking is on the other side of the building, not in the front entrance. You have to be lucky to find a space in the front and ask the valet if you can momentarily park to check in. It didn’t look like they had a designated drop off, unloading, pickup area like every other hotel in the front. Check in was a NIGHTMARE. I showed up at 3:15 and couldn’t get a room until 4 on the dot. Fine, not the end of the world. I showed back up at 4 on the dot and had to wait until 4:30 because my key wasn't ready. Apparently the manager had to make them? Literally every hotel, even the more expensive ones like JW Marriott, makes them right there in the front when you check in. Show up early = you wait. Show up on time = you wait. Additionally, the key was $100 if you lose it… LOL, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of such a thing. Can you imagine how hard it must be to make another key? “Hey I locked myself out, can you let me in?” “Sure, for $100.” There is no front desk, just a person with a laptop, a chair, and small desk. Be aware the deposit is $200 per night, which is insane for a place like this. Asked for a 2nd key for my wife and they responded with “We’ll let you know” - Never happened by the way.

Beautiful location, all you need in walking distance. Great for cruisers, 5 minute drive to the port with Uber. Rooms are spacious, live the separations, kitchen, living room, laundry room and bedroom.
