Fantastic location. We booked as it was near to the arena. 15 - 20 min walk.. Bonus was the tram stop outside. Needs updating and a fresh lick of paint. We spent most of our time sightseeing. Coming back only to sleep. Nice living room. Settee was a bit hard. Considering there was a double and single bed with 2 fold up beds. Only 3 chairs around the table. We didn't use it but it is something to consider. Free Wi-Fi. Located in a secure compound.which was great but has it own issues when you first arrive.
Couldn't turn down individual radiators. I was melting in the single room. Not enough pillows. I dont like the idea that no one meets you with the keys if arriving before 10 pm. You have piggy back behind someone going into the compound!! Let's hope it's busy or you could be waiting a while, you then walk to the block and message for someone to buzz you in. Keys are in the security box, which is not secure. We were due to arrive after 10pm. So someone did turn up with keys. JustEat guy on a bike. Bless him, he did his best but had no clue what he was doing or knew how to get in.... Sort out the keys issues and modernise the apartment.. more pillows and this would be a fantastic all round little apartment.

Prima plek voor een aantal dagen Dublin. Centrum is op loopafstand en er is genoeg OV in de buurt mocht je niet van lopen houden.
De eerste keer binnenkomen is even wat meer gedoe dan normaal maar als je eenmal de sleutel en de toegangspas hebt is het prima.
Via de app was het makkelijk om contact te hebben met de eigenaar.
Het extra bed in de in de woonkamer is (stretcher) is niet "je van het" meer

It is easy to walk to the attractions of Dublin. Temple Bar is around 25 minute walk but of course there are things to do and see along the way. Great wi fi
Instructions on how to find and get into the property were frustrating but the host provided great communication to help us. We had to ask for the location of towels and again the host quickly advised us but they should have been on hand when we arrived rather than ask for them. The toilet flush mechanism is frustrating. The extra fold out beds are no good. The mattress is way too thin. Only 2 chairs at the table for a place that sleeps up to 5. Two more chairs could easily fit and would be appropriate.

We had a great weekend in Dublin. The apartment is perfectly situated for events at 3Arena and easy access to town centre.
The apartment is clean, however the bathroom is in need of someTLC. The shower is powerful and the rest of the apartment is functional for a short stay.
Thank you for all prompt communications when questions were asked.
Maybe have a few extra towels, a bath mat as shower splashes onto the floor, which is extremely slippery when wet. There was no plug or bowl for kitchen sink,so maybe these can be added. A tea towel would be helpful.
