Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage – wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage war super und das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Was für eine Unterkunft. Grrrrr

Bei Anreise dachte ich, ich wäre im falschen Film. Unterkunft wurde als prima bei booking angeboten. Eine Übernachtung kostet ca. 100 Euro. Das Haus sah von außen aus, als wäre ich im Jahr nach dem Krieg 1950 angereist. Der Eingang der Ferienwohnung lag hinter dem Haus. Es war Niemand da. An die Anrufnummer von booking ging Niemand ans Telefon. In der Eingangstür gab es eine andere Telefonnummer. Auch hier ging keiner dran. Ich habe zu spät gesehen, dass ich erst ab 15 Uhr anreisen kann. Mein Fehler. Aber die Eingangstür stand auf. Der Hausflur war sehr schmutzig. Es stank dort dermaßen nach schlechter Luft ( Abwasser? einem toten Tier? einfach nur widerwärtig ) Zudem wurde im Hausflur renoviert. Ich habe sofort entschieden, dass ich niemals eine Nacht in so einem Haus verbringen kann. Ich wollte das Appartement gar nicht sehen. Angewidert und schlecht gelaunt habe ich bei booking angerufen. Die haben von mir verlangt, dass ich vor der Beschwerde erst das Appartement betreten muss. Ich wollte keine 2 Stunden warten, weil ich so oder so nie hätte dort schlafen können. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung war nicht möglich und wurde vom Vermieter am folgenden Tag abgelehnt. Aber der Vermieter beschwerte sich über mich. Ich sei mit 2 Personen angereist, obwohl ich nur für eine Person gemietet hätte. Es gab eine Begleitung, die aber selbst in Brohl wohnt. Sie wollte ( und hätte auch niemals ) in diesem Haus übernachtet. Aber die Aussage, wir wären zu zweit gewesen, sagt aus, dass man uns bei der Anreise gesehen hat und uns die Anreise verweigert hat. Ich war ja auch zu früh dran. Erwähneswert bleibt, dass der Vermieter stolz auf seine Wohnung ist und dass booking so etwas gelistet hat. Ich bleibe dabei: bloß nicht buchen!

Lieblos Renoviert

Sehr kleines Bad, hier kann man tatsächlich nur stehen oder sitzen. Alles weitere nicht möglich, leider auch keine Bilder vorhanden, daher auch nicht vor dem Buchen ersichtlich! Es stinkt sehr nach billigen Raumduft, das macht bei empfindlichen Menschen Kopfschmerzen. Während unseres Aufenthalts sind auch ständig Bilder von den Wänden gefallen, da diese nur mit Tesa aufgeklebt sind. Alles in allem: lieblos Renoviert um es teuer als Ferienwohnung zu vermieten.
